Orders & Payments

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once your order has been placed successfully, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with all the details. Please also check your spam or promotions folder. If you haven't received an email within a few hours, contact us at info@saldaro.com.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Saldaro accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and PayPal.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they haven't been shipped yet. Once shipped, our standard return process applies.

I haven't received my confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at info@saldaro.com and we'll sort it out right away.

Shipping and Delivery

What are the shipping costs?

Free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

How long does delivery take?

Order Cutoff Time: 17:00 (UK time). Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once processed, your order is handed to one of our delivery partners.

Transit & Total Delivery Time:

  • United Kingdom: 4 to 9 business days transit, 5 to 12 business days total.

  • United States: 4 to 9 business days transit, 5 to 12 business days total.

  • Australia: 4 to 9 business days transit, 5 to 12 business days total.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived yet?

Reach out to us at info@saldaro.com and we'll aim to get back to you within 24 hours on business days.

Which courier services do you use?

United Kingdom: Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, DHL
United States: USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL
Australia: Australia Post, DHL, CouriersPlease

Can I track my order?

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use it on our Track your order page.

Returns

How can I return an item?

Email info@saldaro.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Repack the item in its original packaging. Once approved, you will receive the return address by email.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the product is incorrect or faulty, Saldaro covers all return shipping costs. If you are returning for personal reasons, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

What are the return conditions?

Items must be unused, unwashed and returned in original packaging with all labels and tags attached. Return window is 30 days from delivery date.
